Let's start with Garry and his Nokia N95. This phone was released in 2007 and was one of the first smartphones to have a dual-slider design. It had a 5-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, a 2.6-inch display, a GPS receiver, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It also had a dedicated media player and TV-out functionality. Garry says that this phone was ahead of its time and that he used it for everything from taking photos and videos, to browsing the web and watching movies.
Next up is James and his HTC One M7. This phone was launched in 2013 and was the first flagship device from HTC to feature an aluminum unibody design. It had a 4.7-inch display, a 4-megapixel UltraPixel camera, a quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage. It also had dual front-facing speakers with BoomSound technology, which delivered impressive sound quality. James says that this phone was the most beautiful and well-built phone he ever owned and that he loved listening to music and podcasts on it.
Then we have Dan and his Samsung Galaxy S3. This phone was released in 2012 and was one of the most popular and successful Android phones ever. It had a 4.8-inch display, an 8-megapixel camera, a quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and up to 64GB of storage. It also had a removable battery, a microSD card slot, NFC, and wireless charging. It introduced many innovative features such as Smart Stay, S Voice, S Beam, and Pop-up Play. Dan says that this phone was the ultimate smartphone for him and that he enjoyed using its smart features and customizing it with different ROMs.
Finally, we have Leigh and his Sony Ericsson W800i. This phone was launched in 2005 and was one of the first phones to have the Walkman branding. It had a 2-inch display, a 2-megapixel camera, a music player, an FM radio, and a memory stick slot. It also came with a pair of earphones and a USB cable.
